Step 2 is to put in the Company Name and Data at the bottom. What they need to do is have this automatically entered as the Company info so that you do not have to enter it every time.
I think that is just meant for an HR specialist to check they filled it all out and signed it? I wish you can add step 2 to other documents for your HR specialist to have to go in and verify as well
