The Reynolds Construction Team finds value in a Weekly Equipment Summary Sheet by Job that can be set up to automatically email a PM or similar. This would provide the assigned job managers the ability to see all equipment and cost totals charged to jobs.

In addition, I would advocate that both Labor and Equipment that was turned in for the week be sent automatically to the PM via email so they can see this break down. It could be summarized by total hours by employee and total hours by equipment id for the week.
