if an employee doens't have the accrued time off as of "today" for a trip they want to take in 4 months, then the system right now will not allow them to submit the request as PTO. being able to use future accrued PTO and estimating an employee balance as the time someone wants to take the PTO would be amazing!

This is something that many of our employees have requested.
This information is crucial for managers to understand if the employee will have enough PTO hours to cover the requested time off. It would also allow an employee to request the time off if their current balance is insufficient to submit the request. It would also allow employees that are in a position to lose PTO hours if they are not used by the end of the year.
