Changing Phase Code does not Blank Union and Wage code boxes

When changing the phase code on the timesheet, the union and wage codes both go blank as well. The employee then must select the union and wage code again. This results in multiple unnecessary clicks. We do override wage codes about 5% to 10% of the time. The other 90% of the time the union and wage code are always the same. It would be nice if changing the phase code did not blank out the union and wage code boxes. We have a large union workforce and currently we have people clicking the wrong union and wage code when entering as they must do it so much and sometimes, they are picking the wrong one.
