It will allow for approvers to view the dates requested individually, ensuring PTO is only used on weekdays, and avoiding holidays or weekends. Approver can then edit the entry to remove the incorrect requests. Currently, if the employee forgets to remove a weekend or holiday - PTO will be entered. The Summary shows a total hours requested rather than a daily breakdown.
