We use skill types when entering time into Spectrum. The current timesheet format does not allow for us to add the skill type into Traqspera timesheets. Example: someone may work as Foreman for a day because the acting foreman is out for the day so we have to notifiy payroll of the increase in pay rate for that specific day or we could have someone as acting GF but only on a specific job not on every job they work. We have tossed around using the comment section but that will not be efficient and will slow the payroll process down and this is supposed to be more efficient for us not more time consuming. Even if we could just get a blank customizable drop down menu added where each customer could customize the field they need for timesheets then we can setup the skill types in that field and others can use it for something else. This would allow our payroll person visibility of the skill change needed.
