We would like to see the documents link to Spectrum DI (some sort of mapping that will copy them over to the appropriate drawer/cabinet/folder path). This would allow us to maintain our use of the DI Search/Compile/Listing/Download capabilities we use when we need to produce a batch of images for all active employees.

Yes yes yes! We use images for all of our employee paperwork and if the images aren't coming from HRM then that seems silly
