We use the enterprise version of Spectrum so our one company is able to have multiple entities with different EINs. We need to be able to designate different entities in ViewpointOne products such as Team and HR Management so when we hire for a particular company that is the name that is used. We currently have three different companies and a new hire might be confused to receive an onboarding message from only the main entity.
In Teams we are forced to use a work around by assigning a logo to each project that does not belong to the main entity. At a bare minimum we would need a work around such as assigning company name and/or logo at the Profile Group so we are sending from the correct business name.
