It would be helpful if there was a mobile friendly app version of HRIS or HRM - we seem to have a lot of employees that only have a phone and no desktop computer

Cherie - I've had at least 30 employees ask if there is going to be a mobile app created because many construction field employees don't do well with internet (cookies have become problems) and so I am following up to see if the status of this item has changed.
I agree. Not only do they have phones, but many have a difficult time using internet browsers (especially Safari). Most of my company's employees have asked for an app to make it easily accessible on their phones. An app could also accommodate more accessibility features.
The new Employee Self Service has been built to work on any phone. It is built to be web responsive to the size of the device you are using. However, we are considering a future Mobile App for the product. I would like to see how many other would like to see a mobile app. Please vote if you want to see a mobile app.
