HRM rehires it would be helpful if when you click the HRM Management button within Spectrum if it pulled up all instances that the employee has had within HRM

So, if you click a button for a previous HRM new hire you would be take to a list of that employee if there is more than one for you to click on. Just in case they were a rehire within the 3 year period that they don't need to fill out a new I-9 - but instead we just need to update the bottom portion (rehire portion) of the first I-9 that they completed - you would then be able to click on their first HRM experience that has the I-9 rather than their most recent HRM file that doesn't include the I-9 or any other documents they didn't need to refill out for being hired back to us within a certain amount of time
