Having the ability to delete the translator signature on the I-9 without having to un-submit the new hire would be so much help. As of right now we constantly have to un-submit the new hire and then go back in 'as them' to delete that and then re-submit them. BUT when we re-submit them it seems to affect a few other forms that we have and it deletes all the info that was on those forms when they were first submitted. We seem to have major issues in this area.

The I-9 form also allows the employee to type their full middle name - Only the middle initial is required.
We are waiting for the federal government to release the new i-9 which puts the translator portion on its own page. We expect it to be out soon.
