Our HRIS system currently allows us to launch a new hire's paperwork and an internal task list all at once. The internal task list gets emailed to employees or departments within our company to complete those tasks prior to the new hire's first day to help ensure they are properly equipped when they start.
The system also allows the onboarding coordinator to go in and see how many tasks have been marked as complete and how many still need to be done. This is a feature that would be greatly beneficial and would love to see it incorporated into this system.
