Provide an additional spot in the Employee Dashboard that allows the Company to send out document notices, announcements, or other needed documents to the employee that they can access anytime.
Maybe include a method that allows a document to expire and deleted after a set amount of time for possible online safety
Maybe include a method of notifying employees when a new document has been provided to them

We are attempting to eliminate e-mails! Having the ability post an announcement to an individual employee or companywide would be a game-changer. Examples: Prior to moving to self-service, we added a note to employee's paycheck. This could be a "Congrats on your promotion", Service Anniversary Bonus/Incentive "Thank you for 10 years of Service", etc. Reminders would include: Driver License is expiring, Benefits Open Enrollment is coming soon, Employee training reminders, etc.
