In Spectrum pay types when entering wage, you can enter up to 4 digits after decimal, which we use to manipulate wages to achieve the appropriate annual amount. HR Management Spectrum Details box only allows 2 digits which causes Payroll/HR to enter one wage and check when it transfers to Spectrum and typically adjust in Spectrum.
