Customer Suggestion: It would be extremely helpful to create our own internal statuses that can be seen form the dashboard in order to determine where each new hire is in the process. Making all columns on that dashboard sortable would be helpful also.
What it is: This is a suggestion from a power user with more than 1000 new hires completed.
She has many repeat new hires too. She needs ways to better manage her dashboard.
There is another feature with an Archive New Hire, This would be similar. Ability for user to create other statuses and file New hire packets away, outside the current workflow.
