Create a method that employees can use the employee portal/self service module to reach out to HR/Managers - either using a built-in chat program, or a list of contacts for the company with email addresses/phone numbers.

Hello, any idea if this is something you're interested in implementing? Quite a few uses if it's also something that can be utilized as a company-wide notification system. Things like notifying the whole company of upcoming events like Open Enrollment, general event notifications, updates to company-wide procedures, reminders for things would be fantastic.
