The ability to lock the period in daily timecards to be processed is already available, but this isn't available in the PTO calendar. It would be good to have consistency in locking the days/periods so that when exporting or syncing timecards from Traqspera to Spectrum, an error doesn't occur. For example, if an employee enters PTO at the last minute after the Payroll Administrator has exported timecards it will result in the employee being short on hours.

It only makes sense that dates for exported timecards should be locked in the PTO calendar as well. The PTO calendar should be reserved for advance planning, not last minute entries.
