IRS requires accurate mileage records of mileage for reimbursement under an accountable plan. Such as: Date, From and To Destination and the Total Mileage driven. Currently there is no reporting of the mileage entered in Traqspera. I would like to have the ability to export mileage entries by employee/date/Job to retain in our weekly payroll reporting file along with the other employee expense reimbursement items. Ideally, I would like a check box where the employee certifies that the mileage submitted is accurate and incurred for company business.
