When an employee answers their attestation question at the end of the day, it should be locked. When time is reviewed and changed the next day or at the end of the week, the question resets. This forces the employee to answer questions again at a later date. This opens us up to legal issues. Example. Monday employees answers NO they were not hurt. But they change their time and decide they want to say they were hurt on the job, when they really were hurt at home that night. Now we have a worker comp issue and the support to show the employee claimed they were not hurt when they left the job is wiped out. Please lock the question when answered the 1st time.
