We would like Traqspera & Spectrum to sync more frequently than the current 24 default. We need to have the equipment, PM work orders to sync several times a day. If we can set it to sync every 5 minutes would be great.

From what I've been told, Spectrum syncs to Traqspera roughly every 2 hours (I think it's actually 140 minutes). That timeframe depends on a few things, like how many other customers are on your server and how many updates those customers have to sync from their Spectrum databases. If you're an admin, you can force a manual sync in Traqspera by going to Jobs > Job List > Sync Spectrum Jobs. I've seen that force a sync sometimes within just a few minutes, but other times it still took a couple hours, so it's unfortunately not instantaneous by any means.
